Rank Reset from Diamond to Silver
I understand with the latest patch you were going to reset ranks by 1 rank division backwards. However my rank got reset from Diamond, down to Silver. That is just soul crushing to do. Was it not just to be reset to the begging of Platinum if i was in Diamond? I would appreciate if this could please be looked into.

Same with me. I was GOLD halfway to PLAT before patch now I'm at the beginning of BRONZE. Fix this ASAP please.

Happened at Mythic as well. Reset down to Gold.

My account got reset from Mythic down to gold, it was suposed to reset only 1 rank
