healer's kit
Healer's Kit is "Healing" Other Artifacts. Artifacts are not health, they are charges.
Faced someone that would use another artifact, in this case, Isacron Scepter, and then used Healer's Kit on it to restore the charge. If Artifact's charges are "Health", then we need to be allowed to attack the Artifact (like how in the card game you declare attacking at the player or the planeswalker).

At least let us know if this is working as intended or subject to a future fix. Streamers are promoting this garbage combo, and lots of people are starting to abuse this, if it is a bug.
