So appearantly the rank reset at the beginning of the month has fixed the issue. I can play the game again. I still don't know what the actual issue was, and I havn't done anything new other than all the stuff I had already tried. Here's hoping whatever happen originally, doesn't happen again.

Spellslingers has been literally unplayable for me for over a week. Anytime I open the game, it gets to the first loading bar screen and does nothing. After a few moments, I get a message saying unable to connect to internet. The attached png file shows the message I am given. I have done everything I can think of to fix this on my own, including but not limited to, allowing access through firewalls and vpns, unistalling/reinstalling, verifying files through steam, flushing DNS through administrator, and many other basic means of testing internet connections that do not work. All other games work absolutely fine, Spellslingers is the only one having issues. I have made a video that is too long to share here but it shows exactly what happens when I try to start the game.
