Hunger of the Ulvenwald+Unstable Mutagens not properly triggering
I've been working on a "Unstable Mutagens" Kiora deck and after casting the spell all other debut/summon copy creatures get the upgrade on the first plus an extra upgrade on the copy/copies. This is the case for cards like Crush of Wurms, Spawning Arowana and Yanling's Sparrows, but for some reason the card "Hunger of the Ulvenwald specifically does not get the extra upgrade on the copy creature.
Giving them stats or keywords while in hand works and copies correctly on all of these creatures correctly, even on Hunger, it just fails to give Mutagenic's second trigger. Deck list is included.
