After attacking with Armored Skyhunter it seemed to cause two of my other creatures to disappear from the game. They didn't even end up in my graveyard or exile zones.

Played Moonrager's Slash on Rem Karolus, and it didn't deal any damage and went to the graveyard. To my knowledge it says "If a spell would deal damage to you or another permanent you control," so I should be able to target Rem with a kill or burn spell.

I tapped Wellwisher to gain lives and I gained like 550 life points during game #774495838 of match #242796622 of Pauper League #6107.
My opponent conceded the match after this.

unbound flourishing seems to be bugged at the moment, every time i go to cast a creature with x in the casting cost it shows that it will be doubled but when it enters the battle field it is not doubled.

I had a Tarmogoyf under an Ixalan's Binding but the opponent subsequently cast two more Tarmogoyfs, which Binding should prevent.

often now when i play the card Conspicuous Snoop or activate his abilities, the game restarts, first showing a complete fast motion replay of the game and then drawing us a new hand and starting over. but then we can't play, it just pushes us to end step, making us infinitely draw and discard.

Liliana of the Dark Realms under Kaya's Ghostform was killed with normal attack and went to graveyard. Both cards remained there. No trigger worked from Kaya's Ghostform. No cards on the table, that could prevent trigger from working.

I was playing a game of phantom chaos draft when I noticed that Guardian of the Guildpact can't be targeted by Giant Ambush Beetle's ability, despite the beetle being multicolored. I'll attach a picture to better describe the issue.

mana from jeweled lotus did not empty as steps/phases or turns ended

When Pia's revolution's ability goes to clear the stack, the opponent is asked to pay zero life to ignore this effect instead of the 3 they are supposed to. So no damage is dealt or no life is paid, and the card still ends up in the graveyard.

Cruel reality triggered on every upkeep as if it was a smoke stacks. it first triggered on the cursed player then my other opponent and eventually triggered on me cause me to lose 5 life

I cast cruel reality on the opponent to my left it triggered normally then on the following turn it triggered for that opponent and the next turn was mine and triggered for me.

The Rack

1. Put the rack on the battlefield
2. Have no cards in hand, neither does opp Expected: The rack triggers on my opp's upkeep, deals 3 damage to my opp Actual: The Rack triggers on both upkeeps, deals 3 damage to both of us

Target opponent with iceberg cancrix when they only have 1 card left in deck.
It doesnt resolve for some reason.

Possible exile bug for Shelldock Isle?

1/ Unbound flourishing doesnt impact all triggers from resulting cards where it should. example is Zaxara the Exemplary
2. cast a spell with an X cost with unbound flourishing and zaxara on on the field using x = 5
3. actual you get a 5/5 hydra token
4 expected i should be getting a 10/10 hydra token
