For Reimbursements


If you need to file for reimbursement because your issue impacted a Magic Online event, please fill out our Request Reimbursement  form instead.

Before You Create a New Report


Before you create a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a card name or specific feature.

Example:  Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t bring up results, so use Shivan instead of Shiv)

If your issue has been reported already, click the vote button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well. You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug or provide additional information you think might be useful. 

For New Reports


If your bug has NOT been reported, then please update the Issue Title field to represent the problem you encountered.

Example:  Shivan Dragon’s ability doesn’t work

Choose the Category that matches where the problem was.

Use the Describe Your Idea field to describe what happened.  Please use the following format:
  1. Summary of the problem
  2. A list of steps that led to the problem 
  3. The actual result
  4. What you expected or should have happened
Example:  

Shivan Dragon’s firebreathing doesn’t work.  Steps are:

  1. Attack with Shivan Dragon. 
  2. After it is blocked, try to pay 1 R mana to give it +1/+0
  3. Actual: It doesn’t get +1/+0 and stays a 5/5
  4. Expected: It becomes a 6/5
Finally, upload any screenshots or other information you might have that will help us investigate.  If you receive an error message that your attachment did not upload, please check to make sure it is smaller than 50 MB.

  1. Unable to Login

    That’s the message I get when I launch the app on any of my devices. It offers a log out option, which I do, and still get the same message.

  2. Interface issue

    Interface issue, I can't see my daily quest and friend's menu anymore. It desapear yesterday. This morning I was able to see again the icone, but it was gone after a match. I desinstall the client, ddl the new one, and nothing change. Mobile and comptuer. (I'm using PC and phone android.)
    I can't see what the daily request... I'm loosing opportunity to earn exp and coins !

    Please help.

  3. Launcher

    Hi. I'm trying to connect to MOL, but when I run the icon, the program doesn't follow the command. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times, but it still doesn't work. I updated NETframwork, disabled antivirus, but nothing works. A Message appears: "Verifying application requirements. This may take a few minutes". However, it all ends like that. Nothing happens. Also, I can't find any directory where the program was installed, so try to run the launcher in the source folder.

  5. Memory Leak

    I am getting horrible memory leaks. the client starts at about 1200 MB of RAM usage, and gradually climbs to about 1600 where it becomes very slow

    it takes about a match to a match and a half to result in this

  8. Lost connection, couldn't cast spells

    I somehow lost connection with MTGO during league game (I checked my browser and it worked fine so no internet problems). After I reconnected I couldn't cast my spells for some reason and lost my match.

    Since the update I can't log into my account to play MTGA on mobile. Game is updated, but after I enter my details I get the "connection lost"-screen.

  11. Magic 2013 Xbox 360 multiplayer inaccessible

    The multiplayer for Magic 2013 on the Xbox 360 isn’t working. I have the three delisted deck pack add-ons and multiplayer add-on downloaded but I’m still unable to access the multiplayer. Most likely has something to do with the game not registering the delisted DLC. Appreciate if this could be looked into and fixed.

  12. Frozen game during last tutorial mission for green android

    Game freezes, just spins and says waiting on server. Unable to connect for last mission to complete the green tutorial. I can do regular one on one matches but the tutorial simply won't connect me to anyone so that I can finish the quest line

  17. Unable to login

    Hi, 2 days ago, I have created an account on Magic Android app, and was able to play several hours. Great fun!
    Today I am unable to login. I have accepted the email identification, then reset my password, closed and relaunched the app many times, but no success.
    Now after multiple tries, I am stuck with message: "You have been disconnected. Please reconnect to co tinue playing."
    Please help, it's a great game, been waiting to play on my smartphone for so long!

  19. After latest update can't start the game

    After the latest update of the game I've been playing on my S-10 with no problems thus far I try to start the game thru the app on my phone. Makes it thru all the "checks" and then it crashes on "Loading Initial Scene". I've had zero problems up to this point. Some help on this would be nice, thank you.

  20. Can't play any games... I get this error

    Whenever I click to play a game I get an error stating that "I cannot Resign from event, Network Error"
