For Reimbursements


If you need to file for reimbursement because your issue impacted a Magic Online event, please fill out our Request Reimbursement  form instead.

Before You Create a New Report


Before you create a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a card name or specific feature.

Example:  Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t bring up results, so use Shivan instead of Shiv)

If your issue has been reported already, click the vote button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well. You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug or provide additional information you think might be useful. 

For New Reports


If your bug has NOT been reported, then please update the Issue Title field to represent the problem you encountered.

Example:  Shivan Dragon’s ability doesn’t work

Choose the Category that matches where the problem was.

Use the Describe Your Idea field to describe what happened.  Please use the following format:
  1. Summary of the problem
  2. A list of steps that led to the problem 
  3. The actual result
  4. What you expected or should have happened
Example:  

Shivan Dragon’s firebreathing doesn’t work.  Steps are:

  1. Attack with Shivan Dragon. 
  2. After it is blocked, try to pay 1 R mana to give it +1/+0
  3. Actual: It doesn’t get +1/+0 and stays a 5/5
  4. Expected: It becomes a 6/5
Finally, upload any screenshots or other information you might have that will help us investigate.  If you receive an error message that your attachment did not upload, please check to make sure it is smaller than 50 MB.

  1. Disconnection/Dropped Game Loss

    I was going to win game3, no doubt, and the game suddenly crashed. I wasn't able to rejoin in time, and lost th egame. There is no reason for the game to crash like that, since I'm always playing and that never happend.

  5. Unable to login

    I am currently unable to login to MTG Online. Used to work, then 3 days ago got a "unable to login" message. I have reset my password multiple times, and it is not my end (I'm logged in here with my current user/pass, so obviously it's not that). What next?

  6. Asset Error Detected

    Hey!
    I have a little problem with mtgo launcher. When i activate MTGO the message is appearing on my screen (photos under this text). I'm wondering... Is first attempt to enter after ''Mafia edition'' is for special ''insider party'' ? :P

  7. I can't do login

    I can't do login in my account, it appears the message I have lost my connection with the server. when I try to access the site it doesn't stay on the inicial page, so I can't download the file to reinstall the game again, at this moment I don't have the game in my pc so that I can't send you pictures of the problem too. But I have this game in my cel and I can play. I wish you resolve this problem so I use to play everyday. Thank you in advance.

  8. will not load on IOS

    I am unable to open and play at all on the IOS platform since the new capenna update. I have deleted and redownloaded several times, followed all troubleshooting recommendations, and have not been able to play since the release of the set last Thursday. so this is now 5 days and counting for being unable to play despite the money spent on the set. Please address

  9. Game won’t start

    I’m on mobile. And ever since the update everytime I try starting the app, it just gives me a grey screen for one second then closes the app. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it multiple times and that will let me play until I close the app. Then when I close the app and try to play again later, it’ll do the same grey screen and force close itself. Having to spend 20 minutes to delete and redownload the game everytime I play is just getting old. Please help.

  11. MTGO stops loading upon start-up, and reinstalling does not fix the start up failure

    I have the best wifi in the world with state of the art privacy controls and yet MTGO stops loading upon start up and reinstalling does not fix the failure. Similar stuff happened in the past but usually the issue resolves itself a day or two after, but this failure has been happening for couple days.

  14. game restarted

    game restarted and replayed every turn since turn one, this repeated a few times then the game restarted with new hands, fresh clock, but kept the old game log. while making this report the game ended in a draw.... (was played in commander legends draft) no one got votes and that was it.

  15. Suspended account

    Today when I tried to log in to my account, a message advised me that my account has been suspended but I didn't receive any email or comunication on my email about that, so I don't know why this happened and what I could do to have it back.
    Also I'm currently using the rental service from Manatraders, so I can't give them back their cards, could you please help asap?

  19. Assets error detected

    For some reason post update I can't log in it keeps saying it cant "verify my asset contents"and has to relaunch but no matter how many times it relaunched it says the same thing I also tried re-downloading it and that did nothing
