Gideon Jura took damage from a spell (in this case searing spear) while his 0 ability was on the stack. This removed 3 loyalty counters from him, bringing him to 4. After the ability resolved, opponent cast dismember on the Gideon, which appeared to have 3 damage marked on it (from the searing spear) and thus died. I believe it shouldn't have had the three damage marked on it since it was a planeswalker (and not yet a creature) at the time when the damage was taken.

1. I drafted a deck with Sonorous Howlbonder and Sea-Dasher Octopus but it won't let me mutate onto the Sonorous Howlbonder.

2. Sonorous Howlbonder was the only creature on the battlefield.

3. When I try to cast Sea-Dasher Octopus, only the creature cast option came up.

4. I expected to be able to mutate the Howlbonder.

The card appeared as legal from downtime 4/15 to 8am 4/16

Certain random cards (Cleanse, Crusade, Distant Memories specifically) are suddenly showing up as Banned in every format, including Freeform. This has obviated a substantial percentage of my decks without warning.
Firedrake on MTGO

After attempting to leave a game session, the lobby remains open and will not disband even after conceding and leaving the match. Closing the application does not fix this. Any action like turn off auto yield causes the application to crash. After reopening the application the lobby still persists. The lobby in question is Match#226715786 - Game#710107284

I can't see most of the cards in my collection as of today. I know I still have them because I can play decks with the cards I can't see, but I can't build new decks.

if a creature entered the battlefield under my control, it should be returned to my control when the player who controls it dies

bazaar trader uses ability to change control and is therefore removed form combat,
new owner of bazaar trader loses game...
bug: bazaar trader does not return to my control.

for reference other cards like immortal coil will return to my control after i give them to the opponent and they lose.

Starfield of nyx triggers and returns history of benalia and history of benalia automatically triggers the saga twice and ticks it up to two counters and players are abusing it.

Opponent had a haktos with chosen number 3. I had an entrancing lyre. I activate lyre targeting hakdos which should work since the chosen number is 3. Usually when activating lyre it asks how much mana I want to spend, in this case it completly skipped that and didnt ask me. It just says I chose 0.

Manifested Ixidron, it still triggered and turned some creatures face down. For some reason my opponents Nyx Weaver was not affected.

pretty self explanatory

i know most stuff from enchant lands can get around damping sphere because its not the land itself producing the extra mana but the enchantment, but nyxbloom clearly states the LAND produces 3x as much mana.. so that should trigger damping sphere's replacement effect

There is a known issue included in the MTGO bug list that if a card that would need a card to be named is manifested then it asks you to name a card.

When Sorcerous Spyglass is manifested, it also reveals the opponent's hand.

Copying Precursor Golem causes game to restart.

1. Cast Fated Infatuation targeting Precursor Golem
2. Resolve copies of Fated Infatuation (5 copies)
3. Game restarts when it attempts to resolve original spell targeting Precursor Golem

I enter a game and everything goes well, I win it and when I go out to receive the reward for victory (gold, cards or experience) the game skips the delivery and they do not give me the reward, it happens often, at least 1 out of 5 games won
