Mist of Stagnation will not resolve without untapping permanents
I was unable to continue my game due to "Mist of Stagnation" having a triggered ability that i could not resolve. It would not allow me to choose untapped permanents to fulfill the requirements of the ability.

same issue. i had 8 cards in my graveyard and 5 untapped lands. there were no other tapped permanents on the field, including my opponents. However, I believe i should be able to reselect my own permanents or select untapped permanents to meet the requirements of the spell. it would not resolve and i conceded the match. please fix
