Phyrexian Unlife Not Working As Intended
Basically I had a Phyrexian Unlife, my opponent had a bunch of creatures listed above. I was at 1 life. They attack, which should put me to a negative life total and no poison counters. Instead, they put me to a negative life total and 7 poison counters. None of their creatures had first strike, so all of them should have dealt damage at the same time, meaning I shouldn't have taken infect damage. My opponent and I believe that the Grim Flayer is the culprit; I went to -3 life and 7 poison, meaning that the game thought I took 4 points of damage and then the rest of the damage in infect counters. The only 4/X on board was the Flayer, so we believe that to be the problem. This led to me not having a turn I planned on having and subsequently losing the game.

Same thing happened to me, this is a bug and needs to be fixed. No new rule was updated

Same as well, I was at 4 life, opponent swung in and it calculated one creatures dmg at a time with no first strike, not how a judge ruled it previously, tho it was many years ago
