Umbilicus
- Umbilicus not does not allow you to bounce a permanent unless you are unable to pay life.
- Any attempts to decline paying life are ineffective. The no button is clicked but nothing happens. It will not let me choose anything but yes.
- Only when I am at too low of life to pay does it skip to returning a permanent to my hand. My opponent experiences the same results I do. 4 Expected: I get to choose If I want to pay life or not

Can confirm the bug. Repeatedly clicking 'No' just returns to the same dialogue.

Saw this bug yesterday too. I hear that Blood Clock (which has the same Oracle text) has the same problem.
