Muraganda Petroglyophs does not buff creatures with no abilities / only flavour text.
Cards tested: Isamaru, Hound of Konda, Blade of the Sixth Pride, Alpine Grizzly

I tried it too with Swordwise Centaur and an Elephant Token in play. I had a Gaea's Anthem, which made the Centaur a 4/3 and the Elephant a 4/4. Then I played Muraganda Petroglyphs, which made the Elephant a 6/6, but the Centaur stayed at 4/3.
