Porcuparrot deals extra damage when mutated

Damage dealt is not correct
I lost a round of limited due to porcuparrot being bugged. The creature was mutated two times but when tapped was dealing 4 damage.

I just had a match in which Porcuparrot did enough DMG with his ability to kill a Gemrazer and then a Cubwarden with 2 mutations and no deathtouch.
Please fix, the player did this in full knowledge.
