Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord not chekcking for different land sacrifice
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is not checking to ensure two different lands are sacrificed to return him to hand.
This is easy to reproduce
Have either a forest and an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth OR An Overgrown Tomb on the field
Get Jarad in the grave
Sacrifice the Overgrown Tomb for both the swamp and the forest condition
Or Sacrifice the Forest for both if you have Urborg on the field. You can do this multiple times for each land with both swamp and forest types you have.
According to gatherer you should still have to sacrifice a second land even if one land is both a forest and a swamp

Can confirm. If you have an Overgrown Tomb on the field, MTGO lets you pick it for both sacrifices. It'll say "Sacrifice a Swamp" and you can click the tomb, then when it says "Sacrifice a Forest" you can still click the same Overgrown tomb
