During Game 2 of Round 2 in my last Vintage Cube league, I cast Ugin the Spirit Dragon and proceeded to use his -X ability. X was 5 to remove all nonland permanents in play including The Scarab God and a token copy of Kozilek, Butcher of Truth that had been created by The Scarab God. Upon resolution of Ugin's ability, everything except the token copy of Kozilek was gone. This does not make any sense given that both The Scarb God and the token of Kozilek state explicitly that the token is black and therefore a colored permanent that is susceptible to Ugin's -X ability.
