garruk, savage herald ability 1 is not working correctly
When using Garruk, Savage Herald's ability number 1, you look at your top card and if it isnt a creature it goes to the bottom of the deck.
In MTGO, this causes you to skip your next draw step. This is incorrect, and not how the card works. Nowhere on the card does it say that you skip your next draw, and it has never worked in games like that, it is a bug in mtgo.
I did some testing- there are random times when this bug does not happen and the card seems to work normally as intended. This further supports that this is a bug.
In the attached files, 1.png shows my board state before using the ability. There are no other cards in play besides lands. 2.png shows me using the ability, I revealed a forest, so nothing has gone into my hand as intended. 3.png shows the start of the next turn, it skipped right over the draw step. Note that there are no new cards in my hand, and nothing else on the board has changed. It should not do that.
