Implement trade spam prevention timer and default setting to opt out of trades from unknown parties
Creating new request due to "UNABLE TO REPRO" preventing engagement with https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/926092-mtgo-issues/suggestions/40138990-players-using-trade-requests-to-kick-oponent-out-o
When streamers are broadcasting events using magic online, their opponent's name is unintentionally leaked without either streamer's or their opponent's consent. Malicious parties can (and have, are) using that information to spam trade requests to opponents, impacting their game experience and creating a negative association with the streamer and experience for all with the game client.
There is a feature for individuals to disable trade requests from unknown parties, but this option is set to most open possible by default, and opponents don't necessarily know they need to set this because they are playing against a streamer.
Please revisit the decision "UNABLE TO REPRO", as this is more than a client-impacting option. If you can instead reclassify this as a feature request for one of the following, please do so:
1. Disable the option to receive trades not from friends by default
2. Create a streamer mode, allowing players to set the client to hide all indications of opponent's name. This will have to extend to other parts of the mtgo ecosystem as well (not providing detail here to prevent additional abuse)
3. Implement a decaying timer that prevents players from initiating trades (to the same recipient, perhaps) after repeated declining of requests within a short period. Preferably flag accounts that trigger this for review and potential banning.
Watched it happen live on stream multiple times on two different days.
Seen this happen on multiple streams of different streamers, please reconsider the previous unable to reproduce ruling.

Hi; to put this in perspective, your software’s highest-profile user, CalebDMTG, is unable to use your software because of this issue. This should make it a very important issue. It also has many possible angles that could effectively be a fix.
watched it happen twice.. absolutely disgusting troll. fix this Wizards, and quickly.
