- Stony Silence is on field. Opponent uses Ugin - x (=3) which exiles Stony Silence.
- Stony Silence enters exile.
- Expected: I can use Aether Vial
- Actual: My opponent can use activated abilities of artifacts, I can not use Aether Vial and my cards read: "Activated abilities of artifacts can't be activated."
