Disconnection/Dropped Game Loss
I was going to win game3, no doubt, and the game suddenly crashed. I wasn't able to rejoin in time, and lost th egame. There is no reason for the game to crash like that, since I'm always playing and that never happend.

That was my case too. My game crash at the moment I was about to play and I couldn't control anything. Here's my log.

I was playing game 2 in the Arena Open. I was on turn 3 attacking, he used an instant to destroy my creature. I was going to use Tend the Pets and sac that creature and the server locked up. All attempts to reconnect failed. I could hear the turns continuing, but I was not able to do anything. After I was defeated, the server reconnected and took me to the event page. Since it costs a LOT more to play this event, getting a random loss is really perturbing.

I was just playing game 2 of my modern league at 8:48pm est, and we were supposed to go to game 3, but it reported me as a loss, and lost the match! help! what do i do, do i get a refund?
