Keep getting the "unable to join queue due to current match pending" message in a commander legends draft. It's been happening for an hour now

Hey it's been 4 days now. I won my match with 4 votes. Now I can't play my second round. I have reported this but no response. If I hadn't purchased 20 tix to enter the event I wouldn't be so annoyed. I have played several Commander legend drafts. I bums me out because I actually had a chance to get my first trophy. hopefully This will be fixed so I can continue.

Wizards_MS12#13154 i have done that for the 1st one and the person that ran my case told me i was lieing and their for didn't get my refund. its insulting and i'm a content creator that DID stream this format until the FIRST tile this happened and now its happened again. i just want a valid reason why this keeps happening. you just covering it and hoping no one cares -_-

i have the same problem but its not the ONLY problem; the 1st time i didn't get re-imbursement (but it was only 50 playpoints i lost so i wasn't that sad about) this time im gonna lose 150 play points PLUS the trophy that i earned from getting 10 votes. so what i am meant to do; i showed screenshots and everything. also keep filling out these re-imbursement forms is getting stupid, so far i have had two game bugs (both start of game the game just breaks), two card bugs and two of this problem; is it ever gonna get fixed. all i want to do is play the best format that has been on MTGO since non phantom innistrad. so how i meant to fix it if i didn't get a re-imbursement last time; i don't want to lose 200 playpoints over two Leagues due something i can not control.
