Phase stops sometimes skips turn
My turn gets skipped sometimes when i put stops at upkeep.

This has happened to me since Commander Legends... it's been almost a year now and I still can't use MTGO due to this issue. For me only my turns first phase stop works. From there after I cast a spell or anything the rest don't function. I only have time to react to something the opponent(s) do.

I've had this same issue. It tends to happen for me if I yield till next end step and then at any time in the same turn click yield through turn.
