crashed after sideboard and i received the we apoligize message... Dec, 02 - 2020.
1.Hello!
2.Since commander legend´s i am trying and testing (day by day) if a permanent bug i am sufferring has been fixed.
3.First. I did the clean installation (https://mtgo-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037665192-How-do-I-reinstall-or-perform-a-clean-installation-of-MTGO-)
3.Today´s test, after clean installation: failure. I received the : we apoligize... message. I always play round 1, but when comes the sideboard submission or at the beginning of the second round i receive the we apoligize message (attached to this request).
4.Please, i request reimbursemnt of the queue and more important a solution to this problem. I play mtgo since 2014. I had never experienced something like this. Looking forward for a solution.
5.Very important. When i play the tournament practice, the games goes perfectly. No problens at all. However, when i go to the queue/league, the problem appears, after i submit the sideboard or at the beginning of the second round i receive the message (we apologize..) together with a crash.
6.Thank you very much for the help. I love this game. It is my life. I want to play the game and have fun. I can not anymore since this bug appeared.

Based on the information you've posted I believe we're going to fix the issue you're experiencing this week (tomorrow, December 3rd). If you continue to experience the issue, there should be an error log that appears with it. If you could copy and paste it with your tickets we can look more deeply into it.
