Tibalt, Cosmic Imposter
Opponent is able to cascade into Tibalt, Cosmic Imposter from a Shardless Agent. I get its a double faced card, but the CMC on the stack of TIbalt is 7. Shouldn't the opponent have no choice but to cascade into Valki, God of Lies? Seems like tis a direct violation of this rule: "If an effect allows you to play a land or cast a spell from among a group of cards, you may play or cast a modal double-faced card with any face that fits the criteria of that effect. The converted mana cost of a modal double-faced card is based on the characteristics of the face that’s being considered. On the stack and battlefield, consider whichever face is up?"
Just don't understand how it is okay to cascade into a 7 drop using shardless agent.
