KAYA'S GHOSTFORM
Three times now, I've had Negan, the Cold Blooded enchanted with Kaya's Ghostform, and three times, it doesn't get returned to the battlefield from the graveyard. The enchantment states that when the enchanted permanent dies or is exiled, return it to the battlefield.
This is clearly an issue that must be resolved.

i can't get kaya's ghostform to work for me either. tried posting about a time when extinction event exiled fynn and the fangbearer but kaya's ghostform failed to return fynn and can't for some reason.
