architects of will triggered ability not working since 09/15/2021
Ever since the last update (which I think was today: 09/15/2021) the triggered ability isn't allowing me (the owner of the effect) to rearrange the opponent's library. I tested the effect on the opponent's library 3 times and it didn't allow me to choose the order of the cards. When I tested it on myself it allowed me to change the order of the cards.

I can confirm there is an issue. Opponent casts Architects of Will but MTGO allows me (the targeted player) to resolve the second ability. Screenshot attached.

I just tested it with player "prowesstrigger" and he told me the game asks him (the opponent) to order the cards. (MATCH #242801847 GAME #774515446)
