Siphon Insight doesn't work
Siphon insight only allows me to see 1 card on flash back. Then prevents my opponent from drawing a card for turn or seeing the correct number of cards off of Memory Deluge.

Three times in a match I was prevented from drawing a card during my draw step after my opponent played Siphon Insight. (Match #242831291, Games #774630704 and #774630944)
