unable to trade
After about 24 hours playing MTGO, suddenly I was unable to trade. I wrote an email to the support team. They told me it was a mistake triggered by a purchase I made, and that they were going to fix it.
That was three weeks ago, and I am still unable to trade. I even wrote two more emails to the support team that got no answer! I am starting to think that Wizards does not care about players at all, and I am very disappointed with them right now.
I hope they solve this problem soon, but three weeks for solving an issue as simple as this is completely unacceptable.
