Opponent cast dress down on my end step.

On oppenent's turn they cast Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger with the dress down in play. Kroxa's effect to make me discard still triggers when it should not due to the dress down. Kroxa's second ability does NOT trigger leaving it in play instead of sacrificing.
