During one of my matches after losing a game i accidentally chose that i didn't want to go first. So i tried to undo it when choosing companions the action as a result neither player got their companion, i went first, and my opponent skipped his draw step.

Steps
1. Lose game 1
2. hit no
3. undo
4. hit yes
5. actual: losing player goes first, opponent does not get card, and neither gets to choose a companion
6. expected: players get to choose companions and opponent does not skip the draw step

I won the first game of my Ikoria draft match and then I won game 2, yet the Client said the last game was a draw and that I have lost the match despite winning game 1 and apparently drawing game

Terrarion should add additional mana while Kinnan is in play, but did not do so.

Permanents turned into elk by Oko after a Tabernacle of Pendrell Vale is in play do not actually gain "Pay 1 during your upkeep or destroy this creature."

When playing the 3 MOCS events today, I encountered this bug two times:
When playing two matches at the same time, I used "Yield Until here" in one game, and skipped until that point in another game. However, the first time it happened, I won the affected (Standard) match.
Later, the same thing happened again when I misclicked on the "Yield Until Next End Step" option in the Standard Showcase Qualifier, MTGO skipped my first turn in the Modern Showcase, and caused me to lose the Modern game&match.

Casting Liquid Fire didn't let me choose a number for its additional cast and defaulted it to 0

If a Gold token becomes tapped, you cannot sacrifice it for mana.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Resolve Chapter 4 of The First Iroan Games to create a Gold token
2. Opponent freezes it, most often with Kiora Bests the Sea God (leaving it tapped on your turn)
3. On your turn, attempt to sacrifice the Gold.

Expected: Choose a mana of any color
Actual: Left-click on Gold has no effect, right-click on Gold doesn't show mana-producing options

Also tested with Gild and its token with different art

I cast erratic mutation on my opponents blitz leech. It died, but mtgo did not reveal any cards or let me see what was put on the bottom.

Squandered Resources doesnt work for City of BRass and Undiscovered paradise

Couldn't stack my creature's triggers for tabernacle in the order I wanted.

When Ephemerate comes back from rebound but I have no target, the card's window stays open and there isn't any way to close it. It's very annoying and makes me lose a lot of time, and timer is pretty an important factor in Magic Online.

Sages of the Anima reads that noncreature cards in the top three go to the bottom of my library, but MTGO only gives me the option to keep them on top, so every draw step I eventually am just seeing the same three cards (and not drawing them!)

Dega Sanctuary does not gain a player 4 life instead of 2, even if you control the right color permanents

In a 4 player game of EDH while using Pako to exile cards, the exile zone would not scroll down or move when using the down button to move the cards in exile. This makes it impossible to see cards that have been exiled past a certain point and prevents one from casting the spells exiled this way. Another player using Pako in the same game said they had the same issue.

-Activate sliver hive (5, tap: put a 1/1 colorless sliver creature token onto the battlefield...)
-Ability resolves with a harmonic sliver(all slivers have "when this permanent enters the battlefield, destroy target artifact or enchantment") on board.
-ETB trigger does not trigger. Nothing on board to prevent the trigger from triggering.
