To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Keldon marauders
Companion app doesn't show correct oracle text for keldon marauders.

Gatherer mobile does not support the use of quotes to restrict searches (like the website does)
The card database portion of the companion app does not allow for the use of quotes to force a text search to exactly match the phrase being searched, while the website version DOES allow this. The companion app should be updated to allow this feature.
Ex. Searching for rules text formatted like: "when a creature enters" results in a search where any of those words appear on the card, not necessarily in that order. When searching for the same rules text and using quotes on the website you will only get cards with that exact phrase.

Missing picture
Any cards I search that is two sided or flip when clicked in I cant see a picture.

Game win percentage can be recorded incorrectly
At a draft event yesterday I noticed a situation where game win percentages reported in the Companion app seemed to be incorrect. After each round, game win percentages averaged to higher than 50%, despite there being six players in the draft pod with no byes. A screenshot from after round 2 is attached. I believe this happened because players who lost 2-0 were given game win percentages of 33% for the round in some cases (while their opponents correctly got game win percentages of 100%). This was especially obvious after round 1 (I didn't get a screenshot at that point)…

Wrong card art
When searching for the card "The Beamtown bullies" a different card is presented instead, when the incorrectly displayed card is than selected it displays all the correct information about "The Beamtown bullies" but still uses the wrong card for the image

"Get Started" then BACK loses pairings
I was playing with friends and using the companion app, which we find very helpful, so thanks!
One issue we were having was, the host would press the "get started" button too soon, and didn't want to start the timer yet. So he'd hit "back," and we'd lose the pairings altogether. He did this twice! I guess the get-started button is too alluring. Maybe an "are you sure you want to start the timer?" pop up would fix this. Or saving the pairings somehow.

App icon indicates 1 notification and it will not go away
I have an iPhone 11, and typically when an app has an unread notification, the app will depict a number inside of a red circle atop the icon logo in the Home Screen. Currently, my companion app shows that I have 1 unread notification, yet nothing inside the app indicates such. I cannot get this to clear. This started last Sunday. Since this started, the app has not functioned smoothly.

Set name filter broken
The card database set filter is broken.
Open the advanced search
Click on the Set Name dropdown
Actual: no sets displayed; typing in the box does nothing; hitting the search button does nothing.
Expected: list of set names displayed; typing in the box filters the list by the input characters; once selected, the chosen set is added to the search criteria.2 votes -

I have a notification on Companion that i Cant get off, i have truede servel times no luck, i Think it is a glitch In the app pls help

Unknown notification, unable to clear
Unable to clear notification. Unclear why there is a notification. No events are running. Have tried logging out of account, restarting phone and uninstalling/reinstalling. Notification persists

Notifications won’t go away despite no events, or nothing else that would trigger it being in the app.

Match results reset to 0 while trying to enter them
On iOS if you are tracking life and click back to event to enter your match results and quickly tap the buttons for the match results, it will briefly update to the correct values before resetting to 0-0 forcing you to re-enter the results. If you aren’t playing close attention it’s easy to accidentally enter a 0-0 result.

- Go to advaced search window
- Open subtype catagory
- Actual: The search bar appers with no options.
- Expected: The search bar with options.

Wheel menu prevents people from developing muscle memory
When you use static menus people remember where items are and get quicker at navigating to what they need. The wheel menu looks cool but makes it harder to actually find what you're looking for.

nice to meet you.
I am an event worker at a certain Japan Card shop.
When I participated in the event at the shop where I work or on the go,
Matching is supposed to be displayed on the MTG Companion screen, but only my app shows the screen "Loss", and I'm always in trouble because I can't figure out who my opponent is.I think it's probably because I'm running WEL with my account.
The app is updated every time the latest version comes out, but I've been having this bug for about a year now ;(

DMU Cards not Pioneer Legal
It looks like DMU cards don't show up as Standard or Pioneer legal yet. Please update the legality.

Search function, rotation not implemented
Searching in companion app for standard legal cards: rotation seems not implemented. It's finding ZKR, KLD, STR cards, and not DMU ones.
TS: app was up to date (15sep, 1.0.702283); tried different searches, all replicated the issue described
