To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Can't delete player profiles
Accidentally created a "player profile"by trying to edit the background of a player in a companion app tracker game, and now there's just an extra "profile" to choose from that can't be deleted

Missing sets/cards
When doing an advanced search, the last 6 months or so worth of sets and commander precons are not showing as selectable search criteria (Modern Horizons 3, Assassin's Creed, Duskmourn, Bloomburrow, Foundations, Marvel/Dr Who Secret Lairs, etc).
You can search up cards from some of those sets if you know the name or part of the name, but if you're trying to browse those sets for cards, you can't. Also, some of the Secret Lair exclusive cards aren't searchable at all.

Can't find events in another location
1) I can't select another location when searching for events. The screenshot shows that I'm searching for Singapore, but it gives results for places that have the word "Singapore" in their name and are located in Russia

Cannot filter advanced card search for foundationa
On the card menu, advanced search, fdn, foundations,.does not show the the "sets" filter list.

Companion Locator Dates and Times are wrong
Fix the problem it’s been like this for a week now and I know I’m not the only person with this problem. FIX YOUR APP!

All events show on same date 03 of no month with no time
On iOS all events in locator show as taking place on the 03 of no month with no start time. Come on people.

Room Subtype missing
I searched for the room subtype and it did not appear.

Include CR, MTR, and IPG in Companion
Please include the the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, and Infraction Procedure Guide in the Companion app.
It would be useful for casual judges, and would mean less time spent frantically Googling and more time spent helping players.
If including hundreds of pages of text in the app is untenable, at the very least, there could be a "Links for Judges" page with links to where these documents are hosted online.
"Documents for Judges" or "Links to Judges" documents could be placed in the hamburger menu, added to the list where "Settings" and "Feedback" are right now.

View events going on now
Events page only shows events for future dates. It's terrible for figuring out what's going on now. Please change this so people can see events happening that day.

Timer is resetting when app isn't open
While I'm hosting a draft, if I go to a different app on my phone (keeping the Companion app open in the background), then go back to the companion, the round timer goes back to 50:00.
