To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Companion App Crash Contining Hosted Draft
Created a Booster Draft 8 players BO3 unlimited timing, app crashed immediately upon pressing continue after seeing draft seating. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, hard reboot on phone.

Where is the deck building?
I saw a reference to the deck building UI in the notes but I'm struggling to even find it.

April 22 update
On April 22 the companion app got an update that fixed a bug in the deck builder ui. What is the deck builder. Is this a new feature not availible to the public

add players to a tournament in between rounds
Last Sunday a player who wasn't planning on participating showed up. We were in the middle of round one, and I couldn't find a way to add him with a Game loss.

Hello! I was an attendee for the above-mentioned test event. During deckbuilding, the companion app shows only rules and tips, but never told me my seating for build.

Public names rather than alias / Arena user option
There should be an option to be listed by name on Wizards account OR alias on Arena. At the moment the only way to pseudonymise is to go to the host tab and change name in there. Which is unintuitive!
Besides store FNM and Grands Prix there is no reason to divulge our actual names where possible. Isn't this a GDPR/personal data issue?

Timed Rounds not timed past round 1
Also there's no Bug category.
Starting a 50 minute self hosted event shows the timer for round 1, but when round 2 rolls around and you get a Standings tab the timer is nowhere to be seen.2 votes -
Drop from event
Add a menu option to drop from any event.

Add DCI number
It would be a neat feature to attach a DCI number to the account and show choice of username (default) or real name on the companion.

Became enrolled in event without entering code, had record at time of entry.

Feedback
Please include option to check previous tournaments joined. Ranking and games played.
Also make it that user can add comment, on each game played, for learning and future reference.2 votes -

it's really annoying that I have to login each time l open the companion app. please keep me logged in

Mobile freezes / lags when companion sends notifications
Phone freezes / hangs / lags when Companion app has sent a notification. Issue persists until notification is dismissed.
Does not occur with any other app. Phone performance returns to normal once notification is dismissed from taskbar.

Multiplayer Option
Companion app needs a multiplayer option. When trying to to play Commander Legacy with 6 people....it pairs us individually. Boooo.

Option to Hide my Username please
As a female player, I often have random opponents try to look me up on facebook to message me. I'd rather if they didnt have my username I use for all of my personal gaming accounts.

Can't type participants names on pixel 5
When touching the text field to type a participant name, the keyboard quickly appears and disappear. It's impossible to register players. Happened on Google Pixel 5 phone.
