1. Needs LAN party

   We are a family of gamers! Multiple PlayStation owners and a few pcs, our problem is the lag when we party up and try to play together ( in the same house, all wired PS4) LAN party option would be most useful, our son refuses to play anymore until the issues have been resolved. I know you are currently addressing the disconnect after every dang “mission”. If we hadn’t all purchased digitally, I can assure you there would have been several returns to retailer!
   Disappointed as it feels like it is going to be an amazing game

5. Host can stop portal countdown or enter map

   I would like the option to stop the countdown to mission start, as the host. I have encountered an issue where players with very low levels (<10) will join my party and run straight for the portal without waiting for a full team. Once the timer has started I cannot switch the mission or challenge rating. I have found that these low level players bail after the first wipe.

   While I am happy to help players level up, I would choose a more appropriate challenge level based on the party.

   It is also my experience that players will not join if a mission has not been selected, so waiting to select a mission until I have a party isn't the best option.

   I would like the option to stop the countdown to mission start, as the host. 6. Suggestion - Hotjoining

   The team start at camp and ask player to join, after the trip start, players can’t join the team!

   Why? some players may disconnect or skip, friends may need some time to join, I wish it is available To join the team even the trip had begin.

   I also wish we can run same character in the team!

7. Shorter Game Mode (Wave Defence?)

   I'm really enjoying this game, but something that is is missing (in my opinion) is a much shorter gameplay loop. The story missions are fun, and clearly the core of the gameplay, but as you get no rewards if you don't finish the mission, I'd love a shorter game mode to be able to quickly jump into if I only have 15 minutes or so to play.

   My suggestion would be a wave defence mode. I would take the tutorial tower area, and turn that into a wave based mode. Waves would get increasingly difficult and every 5th wave or so could be a mini-boss (maybe add in dungeon bosses at high levels too). You could even add campfires at each 10th wave, giving the players an option to skip for loot increases, or refill their potions. The key aspect is that you can quit AT ANY TIME and you keep everything earnt from the completed waves.

   I would suggest that clearing waves would only reward gold, XP and crystals, so loot can still be core to the missions, but this would provide a way to play quickly and still be rewarded for your time.

   These mode could also be a decent end-game grind, peopel setting high scores or maybe there are 'themed' wave defences, leading up to dungeon bosses. If the idea catches on then even adding loot drops past the higher levels could be a fun thing to add.

   I still think the story missions are the key way to play, but I'm just looking for a way to enjoy the game when I can't commit to grinding through some of the longer story missions.

   -Please consider rotating gear to increase chances to open more chest in different dungeons to earn better rewards. I also thinking this method will keep players interested in farming.

   -Please consider adding mission level in menu due to mistakenly think group in highest difficulty.

9. Upgrade to deluxe

   Currently playing on Steam on normal edition. I like the game and want to upgrade to Deluxe. There doesn't appear to be a way to do that without a full purchase of the game. Can we add a $20~ option to upgrade from regular to deluxe? Excited for the expansion!

10. List of Bugs, Suggestions and Quality of Life Improvements

    Hello devs, I've compiled a list of the issues I've encountered while playing in the past few weeks. I will try to describe the problem in an organized way and a suggested solution to it for your consideration. At the end of this list, I've also noted some feedback and suggestions that I think will improve the game going forward.

    BUGS AND PROBLEMS

    • ISSUE: Balancing in general, especially for solo play.

    • SOLUTION: Even after the 12th July patch, enemies still do a lot of damage, one-shotting the player or taking more than 85% of HP in one hit.
      For example, I was playing at challenge rating 3 (Champion) with 2421 gear score, which is way above the 1850 recommended gear score. I have lots of equipment with Max HP bonus and defense, however the big troll 'Juurn' one-shot me with an ice attack, then I came back and some of this basic attacks was hitting for 85% of my HP. I think maybe the defense attribute is not working as intended. I understand that the game is not supposed to be easy, but the way it is now is really not fun and unfair especially for solo play.
      Now just for testing purposes, I played the same mission on challenge ranking 4 (Legend) and even though my gear score was at the recommended level I was getting killed in 1 or 2 hits by every basic enemy.
      I mean, first and foremost this is a RPG and not a pure character action game like Devil May Cry, so our attributes should matter more.

    • ISSUE: Input commands not registering correctly.

    • SOLUTION: Okay this one is tricky, I don't know a solution as I'm not a developer and I don't have any knowledge about it. What I can tell you is that sometimes the buttons don't register as they should and the combat in general feel very unresponsive sometimes, like I'm trying to make a certain type of move and the character makes another move. One easy example is Catti shooting arrows constantly then out of nowhere she decides to do a kick. With Drizzt I feel like some of this moves animations are too long and slow, thus maybe messing up the commands input buffer.

    • ISSUE: Loot drop rate bonus for not resting stop increasing after 3.

    • SOLUTION: I can't say about this one, I don't have experience with programming.

    • ISSUE: Character is silenced even after destroying the crystal thingy.

    • SOLUTION: I can't say about this one, I don't have experience with programming.

    • ISSUE: Delay opening pause / inventory menu.

    • SOLUTION: I don't have idea about this one, but there is definitely something wrong with input commands in general.

    • ISSUE: When knocked down to the ground by the enemy, it takes a long time to get up. Playing solo this is a big problem.

    • SOLUTION: Reduce the time it takes to get up or maybe some technique to get up right away.

    • ISSUE: Altar on the level 'The Order of Light - Order of the One Light' does not give an attribute point after finishing the level. I suspect another level does this too, however I didn't pay attention back then.

    • SOLUTION: I can't say about this one, I don't have experience with programming.

    • ISSUE: Character slowly slides when stationary.

    • SOLUTION: Maybe thinker a bit with controller analog dead-zone? I'm not really sure.

    SUGGESTIONS AND FEEDBACK

    • FEEDBACK: Game camera is slow even when set to maximum. Also when aiming, camera is even slower.

    • SOLUTION: Let us increase our sensitivity more.

    • FEEDBACK: Battle results after mission take too long to finish.

    • SOLUTION: Let us skip the results holding (A) right away.

    • FEEDBACK: Game font size is too small. Reading is hard for people with vision problems.

    • SOLUTION: Provide an option to increase the font size. Also, could increase the line height a bit for longer texts.

    • FEEDBACK: Max stamina is draining too fast the harder the difficulty is.

    • SOLUTION: Make max stamina redution the same for all difficulty levels or reduce stamina drainage when using moves, I know this is a controversial topic but in my opinion this only ruin the game's pacing.

    • FEEDBACK: Chests give potions we already have at max limit.

    • SOLUTION: Prioritize the potions we're lacking when opening chests.

    • FEEDBACK: Missing FOV Slider option on Consoles.

    • SOLUTION: Enable this option if you can.

    • FEEDBACK: We can't reset our stats if we mess up leveling up.

    • SOLUTION: Let us reset our stats.

    • FEEDBACK: Selling items one by one at the shop.

    • SOLUTION: Let us 'mark' items and then sell them all at once.

    • FEEDBACK: Solo play is kinda an inferior experience compared to multiplayer.

    • SOLUTION: It would be really cool and give more life to the game if we could bring at least one AI companion to missions, plus they could also resurrect us. Some people, like myself, don't like playing online for several reasons.

    • FEEDBACK: Gold bags scattered throughout the stage gives very little reward, like 70-90 on average.

    • SOLUTION: Increase the gold a bit to better reward level exploration.

    • FEEDBACK: We can't change the attack direction after starting attacks.

    • SOLUTION: Let us change / point the direction of attacks with the left analog stick, like most games do. As it is today, the attacks are only in the direction the character is facing, and if we miss to hit the enemy, we cannot adjust the direction until we stop attacking. Overall, this makes the combat feel very awkward and inaccurate.

    • FEEDBACK: A way to see what lore objects / altar we are missing on each level.

    • SOLUTION: At each level selection screen, display the correspoding lore object the level has, like this: Tomes (1/2 acquired), Tablets (3/3 acquired), and so on.

12. Music copyright claim on Twitch

    I am a full-time Twitch broadcaster, and after verifying your "replay of music" standards was of the opinion that Dark Alliance was appropriate for streaming, as I did with members of my Twitch follower community.

    However, I have had audio muted in my VOD (recorded session, Video On Demand) based on a copyright claim by Vibe Avenue. I wish to debate this claim and get my video UNMUTED as the VOD is a measurable portion of my Twitch income.

    Is there any public document I can refer to to debate this claim and unlock my video? Or can one be emailed to me? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

14. Fix suggestion: Do not pick up ultimate fragment while in Ultimate

    Picking up ultimate fragment during Ultimate does NOTHING,
    so I suggest to treat it as filled while in Ultimate, so fragment won't be wasted...

15. Patch will not download

    Hello Devs, there is a 87 MB Patch today but my Steam Client will not download it, it keeps saying Disk Write Error.

    I have tried launching my Steam App as Administrator, Validated The Integrity of The Game Files, turn off and even uninstall my Antivirus software and changed the Region for My Downloads, nothing worked.

    Please assist.

17. **** loot drops glitchy and laggy needs more characters to choose from needs better voice acting gets annoying hearing the same dialog over

    I stopped playing this game because of the ****** loot drops and fighting the same enemies over and over again and also this game is cheap and stingy on health potions I get more potions then I do the health potions when I don't need them I get them but when I need them I hardly get any also the loot drops sucks I get more uncommon then I do epic and legendary and rare plus the voice acting sucks it's annoying to here the same dialog over and over again and also annoying to be fighting the same enemies over and over again this game needs more characters to choose from and more places to go to also dark alliance is glitchy and laggy and I have a excellent WiFi signal if you don't get your **** together and Fix those issues along with the crashing issues this game is going to end up like the avengers game where nobody hardly plays it anymore because of the ****** loot drops and fighting the same enemies over and over again until those issues get resolved it will remain uninstalled on my ps4

18. Combat control, overloaded inputs

    I really like how the game combines player skill (learning different combos & special attacks) with character progression (unlocking new skills and abilities to use). However it feels a bit clunky to use after you start unlocking a lot of new attacks, often due to controls being overloaded.

    On Drizzt, for example, at the start of the game there are 3 move sets for light attack:
    - hold forward (w) + light + light + light + light
    - neutral stance + light + light + light + light
    - hold backward (s) + light + light + light + light

    Depending on the situation, you may want to trigger a different set of moves to either do more single target focus, or do more cleave attacks to hit a bunch of enemies.

    However, once you unlock some of the purchasable moves, the key combos start to be overloaded. For example s + light now does a teleportation attack. It becomes very difficult to choose what attacks you want to do in the heat of battle.
