Unable to read other players' cards
I am only able to see my own cards identified by the codex. Other players can see my cards, and each others' cards, but nothing happens if I click on theirs, in any view.
I've tried on Chrome and Firefox, incognito and not, accepted every cookie and enabled every permission, disabled every extension, and still no results.
I attempted to open two support tickets, but they were deleted (not closed; they no longer appear in my activity history) without any response.
This is really killing my ability to enjoy the game, because I keep having to interrupt more veteran players to get them to explain to me every little thing.

@Dromar#09802, out of curiosity, do you have an older Wizards account? When I had this behavior, it was with an older Wizards account that I had to merge; making a new account (I am the original poster) fixed the problem for me.

My friends nor I can view each other's cards consistently. Tonight we figured out to turn off Codex, and it worked such that we could click on each other's cards for a couple of turns. But then even that stopped working. We tried turning Codex on and off again, but that did not fix it. We had to say / spell every card we played so everyone could type it in on the right. This is a horrible way to play webcam magic.

It's because you have CodexBeta activated, switch off and try to click your friends cards, it works! :)

I have found a workaround!
My friend said it might be my account, which I've had since the 4E days. It was kind of a shot in the dark since we had eliminated every other possibility. But I made a new account with a different email address and guess what? It works like a charm! Everything is working as expected, now.
I expect there's some kind of authorization or permissions issue going on behind the scenes. Hopefully Wizards sees this and checks into it!
