When reporting a player, the user can't type in spaces

Steps to reproduce:
1. During a game, select Report Player in the options menu for a player.
2. Type in a sentence about the conduct issue.

Actual Results: Spaces don't appear in the text - it's passing the turn instead.
Expected Results: While the Report Player comment box is open, you should be able to type spaces without passing the turn.

Workaround: You can type a description with spaces in another window then paste your description into the Report Player box.
