Planechase Integration

Just a basic integration which shows the plane name(Hover to view full card), with buttons to manually go forward(and possibly backwards) a plane in the deck and a way to roll the planar die which is quick (Not the same animation as the current dice roll feature as that is far too slow)
Would be amazing to have that option.
