1) When more than one Tainted remedy is on the battlefield it only triggers once if my opponent gains life. Both enchantments should trigger.
2) When I have Trespassers Curse on the battlefield it does not trigger if a land becomes a creature and enters the battlefield. If any creature enters the battlefield, Trespassers Curse should trigger.
