Im having the same issue on Windows 10. Tried on firefox, chrome and edge and hasnt worked on any of them.

I'm having the same problem on Windows 10. Just started a few days ago. Video preview in OBS works fine, software is up to date and I can stream my camera to Discord and other apps. Tried Spelltable in both Chrome and Firefox.

Our 387 person discord server has a reported 37 users with this same issue. Windows 11, same as OP described.
