- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
- Open SpellTable and start or join a lobby
- Select the gear icon to configure inputs
- Actual: No input devices are detected under “Camera Source”
- Expected: My camera can be selected for “Camera Source”
Additional Information to Provide
- The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
- The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
- Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
- A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
- The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
- Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
- Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
- Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
- Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

Ninjas kunai and venerated rotpriest
Went you sacrifice the kunai equipped the rotpriest it destroyed all of my permanent I mean all even the lands and deals 3 for each permanent thas got destroyed this way to any one target found it on standard and have tested in all modes i can use the card combination in. update Ok so its ninjas kunai and anything with toxic that does it On Android s10

Cannot Scan Enemy Cards
Hi, when in spelltable the card scanner only works on myself, but not on my opponents. it does not even try to scan them. I am on a mac and ive tried every browser. could you help me?
- I use Chrome, but have tried every browser
- Smartphone
- MacOS 12.0.1
- no error code or message
- there is no border around any cards of the opponents, only around my cards, so the AI only searches my cards, but does not even try to scan the other cards

Unable to read other players' cards
I am only able to see my own cards identified by the codex. Other players can see my cards, and each others' cards, but nothing happens if I click on theirs, in any view.
I've tried on Chrome and Firefox, incognito and not, accepted every cookie and enabled every permission, disabled every extension, and still no results.
I attempted to open two support tickets, but they were deleted (not closed; they no longer appear in my activity history) without any response.
This is really killing my ability to enjoy the game, because I keep having to interrupt more veteran players…

Alchemy cards displaying in spelltable
Bug: Alchemy versions of cards displaying when non Alchemy versions are clicked.
Played a game where an opponent played Rowan, Scholar of Sparks and when clicked, the Alchemy version displayed which has totally different starting loyalty points and loyalty costs for abilities. As far as I know there is no reason for Alchemy cards to be displaying in Spelltable since we are using cardboard.

Spelltable doesn't show other games no matter what
I just created spell table yesterday and for some reason I cannot see other game lobbies.
The only thing I can see is various formats, a drop down menu to specify which format and nothing else for search prerequisites. but even when I say any format it says "no games available" I know this cannot be normal.

Camera and microphone not working in game
In the lobby, my camera works fine, and in-game, my camera light indicates that it's on and being used, but I have a black screen and can't see any of my opponents' screens. I also can't hear my opponents and they can't hear me. I tested a Facebook call and a Discord call and confirmed it wasn't a hardware issue. Both apps used the camera and microphone without a hitch.
The only thing that has changed since my last successful game three days ago was a new router, but even though I've made sure to set spelltable as an exception…

When I click "Sign In" I get Redirected
When I click "Sign In" or "Join Now" on the spell table main page it redirects me to a generic page that says "Oops something went wrong, contact support" and give me one option "Back to Site" I'm almost certain its some hardware issue but I'm trying to narrow it down. I'm using an older laptop that hasn't been updated in quite some time. Didn't know if someone had similar experiences. Thanks

Spelltable Codex wont Load?
Basically when I log in to play with friend they have no issues but I'm only able to detect my own cards and when they try to load its a little white error box and loads the cards on the list as just title and black, not the actual card or image of it.

Domain bug
Domain cards use all land types instead of only base land types as written.

Codex works in Preview but not in Game
Codex works perfectly fine for identifying cards outside of the game in preview mode but is completely nonfunctional when in game. This is not just a problem of it failing to identify cards it can see exist - it does not even notice the cards exist at all when in-game. Codex is enabled to be on in the game - I did check that.

Joining a game, all opponents have black screens
While trying to play a 1 on 1 game with a friend, my end shows my webcam just fine, but their screen is black. On their end, they see both their own and my webcam. We've reloaded the same lobby over and over, loaded into a new lobby and reloaded that one. They also can't hear me in lobby but I can hear them in lobby. We are both using webcams with separate mics and have the settings set so our mic/webcam of choice is the default option. Any idea on how to fix it?

Enabeling Codex makes page unresponsive
Whenever I enable the spelltable codex, spelltable runs very slowly. I often get a popup in chrome "page unresponsive".
This happens both using my HMC webcam102 webcam and One plus Nord smarthphone as input source. I'm accessing Spelltable on my chrome browser, on a Dell precision 7530 laptop.
steps:
I go to https://spelltable.wizards.com/configuration
I enable the codex
the page runs slow
I get a "page unresponsive" pop upI try to enter a game
everything works, I can see my cards etc, the codex starts working

SpellTable Language Malfunction
Despite having both the option to set my profile to English and game to English, whenever you use the search function for cards, it displays cards of every language.
This is currently rending such feature useless.

Unable to Scan Storm of Souls
I have tried with glossy sleeves, matte sleeves, and no sleeve. I have tried adjusting my lighting multiple times, tried placing the card on different parts of the playmat, etc and nothing works. All other cards work fine -- this problem is exclusive to this card AFAIK.
Is the 'normal' artwork version of this card in the database that can be detected? Do I need to proxy a full art version to get around this problem?

internet bug related to not loading cards
For some weird reason, i cannot load any card on spelltable. Doenst matter if its on PC or mobile. However this problem only occurs when on my WIFI or cable from my ISP ( which is working fine btw), but when i change to 3G or 4G, the cards are loaded fine again. I dont understand what might be the issue.

Cannot See Any Cards Scanned
Hi, i can scan cards, but they will all be black, or have the name and a loading icon.
I dont know what else to do, tried making another account, using Chrome, deleting cache, cookies, and stopping addblockers completely, but as it seems i cant load cards anymore.

Sidebar disappears when using iPad for Spelltable
When using iPad as primary for spelltable, sidebar with controls does not appear.

Lathliss, Dragon Queen
Lathliss, Dragon Queen scans as Atarka, World Render. Have tried several times, verified lighting, checked with other cards and when scanning Lathliss, Dragon Queen the card always shows up as Atarka, World Render. Searching the database shows Lathliss properly though.
