    I had this problem as well. When I reached Mythic my rank was reset to "Beginner" for Limited and Constructed. Further, Arena has stopped tracking my wins and loses in drafts showing me with 0 loses and 0 wins despite going 3-1 so far.

    I am having the exact same issue. There is no button to click in the shop for the Nyx Mountain. (Note: I already purchased the Forest so it does not show here).
