A couple times now, my last pick card (pack 3 pick 15) was not available during deckbuilding for STX quick draft. This was particularly annoying when it was a lesson I wanted, so I didn't even notice until I'd already started playing games and it wasn't in the sideboard.
I'm playing on Mac. I haven't found a workaround; I'm just missing cards that should be available to me, and it has definitely cost me games.
Attached are two screenshots from 17lands (an extrenal tracker) from the same draft. It clearly shows that I picked Reduce to Memory P3P15, but it is nowhere to be found in my deck log.
