    Dear WOTC, until now, I have always received satisfactory customer support and compensation for the various bugs that have plagued arena for the past two years. Why is it that when you have the most serious gameplay ruining failure you will not communicate about it? People have invested large amounts of time and money into this product and this is disrespectful to your loyal customers, who love this game and really just want a functioning client and the trust that our investment will not go to waste. Is it too much for you to hire enough developers to make the client run successfully. Is this bug really so serious that you cannot fix it in two weeks, let alone acknowledge its existence?
