    It's been 10 days since this critical bug was reported and you have never made any announcement about it.
    We don't even know you are working on it.
    I bought gems to play limited and was looking forward to attending Arena Open.
    Really bad, frustrating and disappointing.
    PLEASE TELL US HOW IT IS GOING AND COPENSATE FOR IT.

    I found the same issue 3 days ago and it is to be fixed yet.
    Additionally, I never match an opponent and cant play draft.
