    Wizards of the Coast terms of service. They feel like there can be no legal repercussions no matter how they handle this situation… Disgusting and Shameful!

    The initial tweet said “This will resolve the Mythic bug” but it now morphed into “this will prevent others from getting the bug but for the people already experiencing it we don’t know and don’t really care”. It’s approaching 3 weeks of this bug and you claim you are “aggressively” trying to resolve it..?! Again very disappointing and shameful. If this bug does not get resolved today and I mean for everybody that has been affected and we do t get compensation I will be demanding a refund for my unusable account.

    I am happy to hear they are finally addressing the bug. Having said that I hope that they don’t just fix the bug and move along. They need to compensate the players that have been affected in some meaningful way. If that is not the case at least I will not be content.

    I am extremely disappointed that this bug is not even being acknowledged officially. When you report the problem they claim to be aware of it but it does not appear on Status page and there is no information and when/if it will be resolved. It has been around 2 weeks for me now and I have not been playing during this time. I think if they does not get resolved quickly and in a way that compensates the players for this I will be done with Arena. I will also demand a refund for all the wildcards/card pool. I would suggest we all get together and make a united claim. Taking away our ability to use our accounts is basically the same as a bank not letting you use your own money. It’s just wrong and the fact that nothing is being done is like I said just extremely disappointing.
