    This is happening since 31 august for a lot of us our account are completly frozen
    We had no communication from wizards except few days ago they said they hope the update today will fix the problem but they are not sure it will work,finger cross

    Can't they test on an account already bugged that this fix will solve the situation instead of saying we hope it will work for player already in this bug
    i'M sure it will not solve the situation and we will continue having frozen account
    i'm without hope for us guys this is unbelivable

    You can't do anything some of us are like this since 31 august
    you have to wait the downtime on 16 september hope it will fix everything

    I completly agree with you JimTim
    Guys,voting here is important but after that no one from Wizards will read all the commentary
    I don't call it a bug anymore we are far beyond that , its not just a card glitch ,arena is completly unplayable
    you have to flood twitter and official site to force them to give an answer

    they don't care that we concede indefinitly in the open they have made thousand of dollar in one day thats why they have fix the token prob asap
    mythic player with the bug don't need to buy gems to push so their opinion doesn't matter

    Guys wake up
    Some of us have this bug since 2 weeks
    No word at all from wizards even with multiple tweet on all the forum
    they are flooded with tickets and can't handle more
    Quick draft issue was solved in 2 hours
    They don't care at all and want us to resign and forget this bug
    I will concede arena open to screw these """ developper
    I think the only option is to create a new account and abandon our main account hoping reaching again mythic won't froze us again
    what a shame for a multi bilionaire company

    10 days without any word or consideration from wizards
    10 days when game is completly unplayable and broken
    we don't speak about maintenance ,game not working

    Been 10 days for some people since this bug was declared
    My ticket is unanswered for 4 days and i know they will ask me to be patient nothing more
    We can't play at all ,no ranks , no progress, no quest
    Because not many players hit mythic this exact week and had the bug we don't have a lot of vote in this thread so its not seen as a huge problem

    Wizard please take your customer into more consideration
    we don't care about midnight hunt event,about jumpstart,about magic showcase 2021 because you need to put more people on stability system instead of creating content every week when the last huge technical problem are not yet sorted out

    You don't need to resign cause you can't draft anymore cause you're loss and win won't count on draft advancement bar unless you like to play the same deck for one week without any goal

    Been unable to play arena since i reach mythic ranked
    Ranks went to begginer 0
    before reaching mythic had 10 min waiting queue and face the same oponnent again and again that were mythic rank 1 ( hello Korgman,scottyfive,Sirdraaalot,maBot :D)
    Can't get any quest progress or event progress,stuck in infinite loop in my premier draft
    No answer from wizard since 1 week
    what happened to mtga developer , first fire the community manager and then change development team
    20+ hours update instead of 8 and still huge bugs
