    I have submitted multiple tickets about losing over 10k gems because of this bug and they have been closed with no explanation or reimbursement. I entered the open and they just took my 4k gems without giving me anything in return.

    The same is happening to me. Frozen in an eternal hell of queuing for quick draft with the same deck that records no wins or losses.

    On a plus side, I can continuously queue and forfeit in draft to give other people free rewards since I'm stuck at 4/0 no matter what I do. :)

    This is still happening in forgotten realms quick draft. Restarting the client does not fix.
