They never address anything. They did this with Duels of the planes walkers as well; accepted people’s money with no refunds and didn’t fix the major bugs. I remember them deleting negative comments off Facebook (including mine) instead of fixing anything, when the lash back started getting heavy and people were demanding their money back. Apple ended up refunding me over $100 because I made a case to them that Wizards was taking my money and not offering the product I was paying for. This company is unscrupulous.

An error occurred while saving the comment Grudoe#08286 commentedI totally agree with this. There are cards I want and would buy the packs for a chance to get them but I simply don’t know what set they are from just looking at the icon. And honestly, I just don’t want to spend the time looking on the internet to figure it out.

I love playing Magic but without a doubt Wizards has THE WORST customer service of any game company out there. It’s always been their strategy to completely ignore their customers with no updates until they finally get around to addressing giant issues. It’s like they get off on creating hostile relationships with their consumers. They did this with Duels of the Planeswalkers as well. Took everyone’s cash and when the game became unplayable for many months, didn’t address the issue. I remember posting negative comments on Facebook because I had invested a good deal of money in the game and was unable to play it, and Wizards just blocked me from posting instead of apologizing and rectifying the issue. They also refused to give me any sort of refund. Luckily Apple sided with me on my complaint and reimbursed me because Wizards was continuing to take cash for an app that didn’t work.
