    after wizards said they are hopeful that it will work, that tells me that it will not and we will not be able to play in the innistrad midnight hunt release. i still have not been given a refund for the events and its been over a week after the rep told me id be getting the refund. wizards completely **** the bed with this and now I'm wondering if there's another reason why they wont fix this. I believe that a company like that, with all of their resources, does know a fix but chooses not too for financial reasons.

    only took them weeks to even acknowledge it. still horrible customer service on their part. i wont be satisfied unless i get minimum 100k gold or 20k gems. wasn't able to play for a week, wasn't able to play in arena open, no support or answers from mtg arena staff.

    The executives at the top need to be fired for this. I will be writing emails to Wizards of the coast explaining the damage these executives have done to the company along with Hasbro, and the major shareholders of Hasbro informing them of the financial damage and damage to the brand that has been by this. I believe these are the people that our anger towards this issue should be directed at as they are the vice presidents. This situation could of been resolved. The MTG arena team could of had new accounts made and all digital items transferred to new accounts. They make accounts for professionals with playsets of every card in seconds but they can not even offer a simple response to the every day paying customer? This is disgusting for a company such as this and if i truly didn't enjoy the game I would definitely quit because of this. I do not believe wizards will compensate anyone although I hope they do.

    wizards dosent care about us period. weeks and no email no response nothing. i want a refund for every gem i ever bought because this company is ******** and id rather spend my money elseware. why play a game when the owner of that game considers you a joke? and FYI people, you will NOT be compensated by wizards if thats what your hoping for. they consider us all trash and dont give 2 ***** about any of the players.

    this bug is complete ********. I do not think wizards will compensate anyone regarding this situation. I bought a share in hasbro so I can write letters to everyone in a management position and on the board. probably wont do much on my own but if everyone does the same we can get whoever is responsible fired. At this point I don't think there's anything else to do, I've flooded twitter, emailed every public email address connected to wizards, and have 6 open unanswered requests with no response for a week. i wish there was a way to sue because i would gladly spend the money id be spending on mtg arena on legal fees. Another perfect example of a company that doesn't give 2 ***** about its customers

    the fact that there are many players experiencing this bug and getting no response from you guys is pathetic for a company of your stature. I also talked to a few coder friends of mine and i was told that it wouldn't take this long to delete the old accounts in your system and have everything set up with a new account which makes this even worse. unless every player on mtg arena is experiencing this bug there is no excuse for it taking this long, once again ill say this is pathetic.

    still no response from wizards. I don't think they care at this point. I find it hard to believe that with wizards being a multibillion dollar company and all of the programmers that work for them on mtg arena that they couldn't fix this bug if it was a priority. They'd rather spend money on marketing than to fix this bug. Looks like no Arena open and it was pointless to grind out mythic level in the beginning of the month. I do not believe that we will be compensated either as i have little faith left in this company anymore. I'm contemplating quitting magic again. Thanks Wizards of the coast!!!!!

    same issue with me and same response from wizards. I just hit mythic and then suddenly it goes down to no rank and wins/losses dont count. also didnt get the gold that wizards rep said they credited me.
