    same here. I am/was infuriated by support marking it as solved as it is not (they just linked me here). However, i will continue lining up in my neverending quickdraft (not just the rank reset also the draft will not add losses or wins ...which is for me the more frustrating thing as I not really care much about the rank) and just concede to anybody to level up as many people as possible to give this problem the attention it needs.....
