An error occurred while saving the comment PressureChamber#23947 commentedNot only does this need to be fixed, it needs to banned. Letting a player just play from the top of their library is already gamebreaking enough.

Current format even with new cards and the cavern still needs to be banned.
BTW, Frogstar#80507, Cavern is not "countplay." Counterplay would be trying to get the person with counter spells to use up their counter spells on the things that you don't mind them countering so you can do what you want. You just get a permanent with an extremely easy to meet condition to the point where all you have to is put a land down, name a type, and suddenly blue loses a large portion of its options just because a single land happened to be in someone's hand and then put into play. It's a gamebreaking oversight and it's absolutely not a good idea at all to allow cards that just being in play that render an entire color much worse than the other colors. Unfortunately, there are hundreds of idiots like you who feel the need to defend the terrible decisions of a game designer in respect to the BALANCE of their game and are too dumb to understand that having all these singular cards that counter entire decks and define the game being played is and will always be bad design in a card game. Cavern of Souls defines the game especially given how overpowered creatures currently are in the formats.
